Refund policy

Due to the intimate nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been confirmed and dispatched, for hygiene and safety reasons.

Exceptions

We will replace or refund an item only if:

It arrives damaged or defective

The wrong item was sent in error

To qualify,you must contact us via WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery with photos/video of the issue and the item unused and in its original packaging.
