Nairobi Delivery

We offer discreet, same-day delivery across Nairobi. Delivery fees vary depending on your area/distance from our CBD Diamond Mall location and will be confirmed with you via WhatsApp before dispatch.

Most Nairobi orders are delivered same-day or within 24 hours, with delivery fees typically ranging from 150–500 KES depending on your area.

Pickup

You can also collect your order in person from CBD Diamond Shopping Mall, Shop 1F, Nairobi.

Upcountry Delivery

We deliver countrywide via trusted courier partners, including 2NK, Mash Poa, Easy Coach, Guardian, Mololine, Northrift, and Pickup Mataani etc . Courier fees are paid before delivery/collection at your nearest branch and are separate from the product cost. Delivery typically takes 1–2 business days, depending on your route and the courier's schedule.

Missed Pickup/Delivery
Orders not collected within 7 days of arrival at a courier branch may be returned to us, and re-shipping will incur an additional fee.

Discreet Packaging

All orders — Nairobi or upcountry — are packaged plainly with no branding or indication of contents, for your privacy.

Order Confirmation

All orders are confirmed via WhatsApp, where we'll share exact delivery cost and timing based on your location.

Payment

Payment is accepted via M-Pesa (Paystack STK push) or debit/credit card, confirmed at checkout or via WhatsApp before dispatch.
